Position Summary:

The Financial Advisor Growth & Development Consultant serves as a strategic partner to Financial Advisors, helping them expand their businesses by adopting and integrating ancillary service offerings. This role also serves as a central resource helping them leverage the full breadth of the organization's expertise, services, and best practices. In addition, this position plays a critical role in developing the next generation of Financial Advisors by supporting training programs, career development initiatives, mentorship opportunities, and advisor onboarding efforts. The ideal candidate is passionate about advisor development, business growth strategies, and creating impactful learning experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

Advisor Growth & Business Development


  • Partner with Financial Advisors to identify opportunities to grow their businesses through ancillary service offerings, including wealth management, retirement planning, insurance, tax strategies, estate planning, and other value-added services.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop and deliver educational programs, workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for Financial Advisors seeking support, guidance, and access to firm resources.
  • Identify, curate, and share best practices from top-performing advisors and successful practices across the organization.
  • Actively gather advisor feedback and communicate field insights to leadership and business partners to help improve programs, resources, and service offerings.


Advisor Education &Training

  • Design, coordinate, and facilitate educational programs that support advisor competency,
  • confidence, and business development.
  • Create learning materials, playbooks, best practices, and resource guides focused on
  • advisor growth and ancillary services.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure training content remains relevant, compliant,
  • and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Measure and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.


Next Generation Advisor Development

  • Support programs focused on attracting, developing, and retaining emerging Financial
  • Advisors.
  • Assist in the onboarding and integration of new advisors by providing guidance, resources, and developmental support.
  • Facilitate career development pathways and learning opportunities for aspiring and early-career advisors.
  • Help identify skill gaps and recommend developmental plans to accelerate advisor
  • growth and success.


Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Education, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience with coaching others, supporting business development efforts, learning and

  • Ability to influence and build relationships and stakeholders at all levels.
