What You'll Do:
You will play a key role in training new associates on the bank's policies, procedures, and customer service standards, as well as ensuring the accurate processing of customer account transactions. You'll also be responsible for tracking the training curriculum. In this role, you'll support the Learning & Development by helping to facilitate a variety of training sessions as needed. You're passionate about leading interactive and engaging training courses and workshops, and you thrive on building a strong, positive team and organizational culture. Friendly, organized, and committed to enhancing the associate experience, you bring a natural enthusiasm for public speaking and enjoy sharing your deep knowledge of our banking systems.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Onboarding and Ongoing Development Delivery
    • Facilitate development courses and workshops which may involve demonstrating the use of equipment, leading group discussions, and role-play activities
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs using such methods as surveys, questionnaires, interviews and observation
  • Business Line Support
    • Facilitate development programs tailored to specific business needs
    • Provide support to managers and branch staff post-training to ensure successful skill application
    • Partner with subject matter experts and leaders to ensure training content remains current, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
    • Serve as a Core Value and Legendary Experience ambassador to all associates
  • Operations and Risk Mitigation
    • Research new training methods to determine effectiveness.
    • Compile and maintain materials, manuals and equipment when appropriate
    • Facilitate training to explain the "WHY" behind bank policies and procedures
    • Facilitate training that addresses operational/audit challenges - focusing on "nimble" and the ever-changing banking environment

Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. The individual experiences little discomfort from noise, dust or other factors. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel as needed throughout the Central Bank of the Midwest footprint. Any required travel is typically completed within normal business hours.
