What is the difference between Learning Development Trainer vs Training Coordinator?
| Aspect | Learning Development Trainer | Training Coordinator |
|---|---|---|
| Credentials | Typically requires certifications in training or education, such as CPLP or ATD certifications | Often requires organizational or administrative certifications, like PMP or HR certifications |
| Work Environment | Conducts training sessions, workshops, and seminars, often in corporate or educational settings | Coordinates training schedules, manages logistics, and supports training programs |
