WANTED: Detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance team.


This is an excellent opportunity to grow your accounting career in a collaborative legal environment where accuracy and teamwork are valued.


What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and post journal entries with a high level of accuracy
  • Perform account reconciliations, including balance sheet accounts
  • Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
  • Support accounting operations across multiple systems during system transitions
  • Work within a legal practice management software
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data
  • Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting documentation
  • Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving accounting issues
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
  • Payroll Processing

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
  • 1 - 3+ years of accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Payroll Processing
