Job description

The Associate Manager, Invoice to Cash – Deduction Team is responsible for leading a high performing team of Revenue Specialists focused on effective and timely deduction management. The primary objective of this role is to drive strong cash results by ensuring accurate resolution of deductions, recovery of invalid deductions, and continuous improvement of Invoice to Cash (I2C) processes. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Internal Control to resolve customer issues, protect revenue, and improve free cash flow and working capital. The Associate Manager ensures adherence to Danone’s business control requirements while developing team capabilities, strengthening operational rigor, and delivering reliable reporting to internal stakeholders. The salary range for this position is $85k-100k USD.
