Position Summary:

The General Manager, Invoice Simple is the senior leader accountable for theoverall performance, strategy, and executionof the Invoice Simple product. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio, this roleoperatesas the senior leader for Invoice Simple, with end-to-end responsibility for product direction, growth, and business outcomes.

The General Manager, Invoice Simple leads through influence and coordination across Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Data, Research, and Support, providing clarity on priorities, trade-offs, and execution whilemaintainingaccountability for business-level results.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Ownership & Performance

  • Own the overall performance of Invoice Simple, including revenue growth, retention, engagement, and profitability.

  • Partner with Planning & Insights to set targets, track performance, and adjust strategy as needed.

Product-ledGrowth Leadership

  • Ensure product-led growth principles are applied across onboarding, activation, pricing, and expansion.

  • Demonstrated ability tooperatecross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Data, and Customer teams.
