Job description

Job Overview

This position is directly responsible for verifying, entering, and storing invoices. The invoice Coordinator will evaluate invoices for accuracy, provide administrative support to contracts, perform data abstraction, data entry, and internet searches, depending on the scope of work. The ideal candidate will uphold high standards, possess excellent communication skills, and take initiative and prioritize daily tasks effectively. 

What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:

  • Verifying, entering, printing, and filing invoices.

  • Limited answering of telephones - give information as needed, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

  • Work with the warehouse to finalize shift responsibilities.

  • Performing data abstraction, data entry, and internet research.

  • Preparing and maintaining reports related to activities and follow-ups.

  • Performing additional administrative duties as assigned.

Things that are a plus but not a deal-breaker:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Reliable and self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.
