Job description

Position Title: Invoice Specialist
An opportunity is available for an Invoice Specialist who will play a crucial role in managing high-volume invoicing processes. This position demands a professional individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a straightforward, drama-free environment and will be responsible for processing a significant number of invoices each month. The role requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to additional responsibilities as needed. A commitment to punctuality and professionalism is essential for success in this position.
Salary Range: $28.00 - $35.00 / Hour DOE
Invoice Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Run credit checks on companies
  • Email invoices to customers
  • Process approximately 700-800 invoices per month
  • Scan invoicing paperwork onto the designated drive
  • Drop ship equipment from vendors
  • Add shipping charges to invoices

Invoice Specialist Requirements
  • 5 years of experience processing invoices in a high-volume environment
  • Bachelor's degree is ideal
  • Extensive experience with QuickBooks desktop and online, particularly in creating invoices
  • Experience in a distribution business to ensure accurate invoicing and shipping charges
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Centennial
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
