LaSalle Network is excited to partner with a respected food distribution company seeking an experienced Invoice to Cash (I2C) Manager to lead a high-volume Accounts Receivable operation at its corporate headquarters in Niles. This is a true leader-of-leaders opportunity designed for someone who can inspire teams, build operational discipline and create scalable processes in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
The ideal Invoice to Cash Manager is equal parts coach, strategist and problem-solver. You'll oversee multiple AR functions while driving modernization efforts, strengthening cross-functional partnerships and helping create a culture built on ownership and execution. This Invoice to Cash Manager role offers strong visibility, executive partnership and the ability to make a lasting impact.
What's the job?:
  • Lead all Invoice to Cash operations, including Collections, Credit, Cash Applications, Deductions, AR Support, Route Settlement and Equipment Control
  • Mentor and develop supervisors while establishing clear expectations and accountability standards
  • Oversee high-volume transactional workflows and customer account escalations
  • Ensure teams maintain strong customer relationships and a positive work environment
  • Drive month-end execution and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Develop and monitor KPIs tied to DSO, cash applications and deduction resolution
  • Identify automation opportunities and improve workflow consistency
  • Partner with Pricing and Sales teams to reduce operational bottlenecks and improve invoicing accuracy
  • Support escalated receivable discrepancies and overdue accounts, including legal action recommendations as needed
  • Perform daily and monthly AR monitoring and reporting activities
  • Other duties as assigned

What's needed?:
  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of people leadership experience
  • OR High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of related experience and 4+ years of leadership experience
  • Background within food distribution, CPG, manufacturing or logistics environments preferred
  • Experience improving processes, workflows and reporting metrics
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead confidently and effectively
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
