Job description

We are seeking a Wholesale Insurance Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling private, specialized crop insurance  policies to new and existing clients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell insurance policies retail agencies
  • Manage  two sales associates
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints 
  • Expand business reach through established networking channels
  • Comply with insurance standards and regulations
  • Work with underwriters in binding policies
  • Track and identify areas of improvement

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in selling  insurance to farmers or other agricultural financial products.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
