Job Title: Life Insurance Sales Specialist

Reports to: Sales Manager/Agency Owner

Salary: $43,000-$50,000 base per year + commissions and bonus

Job Summary:
The Life Insurance Sales Specialist is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving the growth of life insurance products, including term, whole, universal, and variable life insurance. This role focuses on aggressive sales initiatives, leveraging innovative strategies, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will align with Amy Newland Agency strategies, emphasizing client-centric approaches and community engagement to achieve outstanding sales performance.

Sales and Business Development: 

  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed life insurance sales targets, pursue new business through networking and referrals, and stay informed about industry trends and client needs.
Client Relationship Management: 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized life insurance solutions, conducting needs assessments, reviewing portfolios, addressing inquiries and claims promptly, educating clients on products, and ensuring high satisfaction and retention through ongoing engagement.
Community Engagement and Networking: 
  • Participate in community events and business networks to enhance visibility, build relationships with referral sources, and represent the agency at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Willing to obtain or currently license in Life Insurance prior to employment. 
  • Minimum of 1 year in life insurance sales preferred, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in developing and executing aggressive sales strategies and initiatives.
Skills: 
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client relationships and track performance.
