As an Implementation Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to hone your interpersonal, project management, assessment administration, and data analysis skills. The job also comes with a good view of the Organizational Development industry as you get to see how our clients create real change, based on our recommendations and analysis. We work with a variety of well-recognized and accomplished organizations in the healthcare, wholesale, manufacturing, and city government industries, among others. We present results and recommendations to high-level executives and Human Resources teams.

Position
The TMA Performance Implementation Project Management Team works with our clients to gather data to help them know how they are performing when it comes to their people. We do this through survey and assessment administration and extensive data analysis. We then gather, analyze, and present the data. Our clients use our recommendations to promote better working environments, employee engagement, and individual performance.

Responsibilities
Assist senior members of the TMA Performance Project Management Team in administering client assessments and delivering survey results
Build relationships with clients through interpersonal interactions and outstanding customer service
Manage all processes relating to survey administration and reporting
Help clients understand and manage internal processes necessary to administer assessments
Ensure data accuracy in online reports and other client deliverables
Learn the processes and best practices behind our different products and assessments
Apply your knowledge to a variety of unique and custom projects

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree (Any Major)
Organized, detailed, reliable
Strong project management skills
Can handle multiple activities at once; able to break down larger projects into steps or tasks; can identify, manage, and adjust priorities as needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; can explain steps and processes in a simple and appropriate manner, depending on the audience
Solid analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions based on multiple data inputs; can understand and present the business implications of data
Technical aptitude; computer proficiency, with particular familiarity in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word programs
Attention to detail. Can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a strong attention to detail. Can focus in on what is most important to accomplish a task; anticipates and eliminates roadblocks
Team player. Can function well as part of a team and is committed to meeting expectations and requirements of team members. Quickly gains the trust and respect of others and builds rapport
