Job description

The Implementation Manager plans and manages service implementations for Fortune 500 clients. This position works closely with both senior leaders and technical resources to implement new solutions as well as ensure the accurate and timely delivery of ongoing services. The Implementation Manager ensures that all services are delivered according to OCI design and quality standards. This position also works with cross functional teams to ensure services are delivered within specified timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Build strong relationships with ongoing contacts for assigned clients
• Act as the primary support contact for assigned clients
• Act as subject matter expert on assigned customers and projects
• Responsible for Service Level Agreement execution and reporting
• Manage deliverable release schedules for assigned clients
• Ensure OCI design and quality standards are met
• Provide effective project communication (internal and external) including status tracking & reporting
• Set and manage client expectations
• Work with a cross functional delivery team
• Procure and manage project resources
• Gather client requirements and understand the value to be delivered
• Ensure requirements are implemented and the value is delivered to meet the client's need
• Provide ongoing service delivery reporting both internally and to clients
• Other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or closely related field
  • + years project management (with external clients)
  • 6+ years managing client relationships
  • Benefits and/or Risk Management experience is highly preferred
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 clients is preferred
  • Possess knowledge of the employee benefits and/or risk management industries
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with internal and external customers across multiple locations
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
  • Must be able to work effectively in teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
