Job description

The Implementation Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of MeridianLink Consumer/Opening implementations for new and existing customers, from kickoff through UAT and go-live. The Implementation Project Manager schedules and leads the implementation kickoff, reviews the scope of work established by Sales, and builds the project timeline. The role evaluates project risk and holds the customer accountable to agreed-upon timelines, deadlines, and deliverables. The Implementation Project Manager is the lead on the project team and reports to a Services Manager. Implementation Analysts (IAs) are part of the project team; the Implementation Project Manager leads the project and coordinates efforts with the assigned Implementation Analyst(s). The role will support seasoned peers and management on difficult to complex aspects of the position.
Expected Duties
  • Schedule and lead the all major milestone meetings including Kick-Off, UAT Kick-Off and Transition to Support.
  • Review the scope of work established by Sales and build the corresponding project timeline.
  • Hold weekly status calls with customers and hold them accountable to agreed-upon timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Hold internal syncs across teams as necessary throughout the project.
  • Track and manage ticket progress in JIRA and escalate as necessary.
  • Manage and maintain the project timeline in Smartsheet.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for issues within the project, customer-facing or internal.
  • Evaluate and communicate project risk to stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project status updates to their Services Manager.
  • Lead and coordinate with Implementation Analysts (IAs) as part of the project team.
  • Monitor internal documentation and recommend improvements.

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The role will support seasoned peers and management on difficult to complex aspects of the position.
  • Career-development professional within the subject area.
  • Ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to lead critical conversations with customers and maintain executive presence when engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage different responsibilities/priorities at the same time.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Smartsheet, JIRA, and Claude is a plus.
