Job Title: Implementation Project ManagerOverview
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead the successful onboarding and deployment of our platform for new and existing customers. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, high customer satisfaction, and seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from kickoff through go-live and transition to ongoing support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with clients
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, integrations, and customer success
  • Manage data migration, system configuration, and integration setup (e.g., HRIS, payroll, APIs)
  • Identify risks, proactively resolve issues, and escalate when necessary
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Drive customer adoption and readiness through training, documentation, and change management support
  • Track and report on project progress, KPIs, and implementation health
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success
Qualifications
  • 3-7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in SaaS or technology implementations
  • Proven experience managing client-facing implementation projects
  • Strong understanding of software onboarding, integrations, and data workflows
  • Experience working with tools like Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with HR software, payroll systems, or enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with API integrations, SFTP, or data migration processes
  • Background working with mid-market or enterprise clients
