Description
Role Mission: Provide a safe and orderly environment for students after school.
What We Offer
Compensation:
  • Hourly compensation for this role: $16.00/hour
  • This role is also eligible for a performance bonus based on team performance and goal attainment.
  • Other benefits include dental and vision plans, disability, life insurance, parenting benefits, generous vacation time, referral bonuses and professional development. IDEA may offer a relocation allowance to defray the cost of moving for this role, if applicable.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED Required
  • Experience: Experience working with student preferred

What You'll Do - Accountabilities:
  • Actively supervise and monitor students at all time
  • Utilize team building activities among students
  • Follow school expectations for behavior
  • Follow schedule provided by Director
  • Enjoys working with children
  • Manages students in a firm and fair manner
  • Strong communication skills with students and staff
  • Flexibility to change
  • Promptness
