Job description

  • Own the end-to-end success of MRV implementations from kickoff through go-live, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders
  • Project-manage changing requirements by re-scoping and re-planning while keeping timelines, owners, and risks clear
  • Translate project design documents into complete MRV plan requirements, identify gaps, make judgment calls, and write plans for registry submission
  • Communicate directly with registries and compliance bodies to resolve questions and obtain plan approvals
  • Configure the Offstream app to meet project-specific monitoring, reporting, and verification needs
  • Decide on app updates and configuration changes as project requirements or compliance guidance evolves
  • Collaborate with engineering to distinguish needed platform functionality from configuration solutions
  • Build systems and process improvements so subsequent projects are faster and smoother
  • Shadow live implementations during the first month, independently own an implementation during the second month, and run multiple implementations in parallel during the third month
  • Contribute improvements to playbooks and internal processes
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or MRV/technical advisory roles
  • Ideally, experience in carbon markets, energy, or another data-heavy regulated industry
  • Ability to make judgment calls under ambiguity and own outcomes
  • Experience configuring or working closely with software platforms for customer-specific requirements
  • Strong project management instincts and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Experience with capital project development and/or on-the-ground operations, including construction, startup, or commissioning
  • Ability to translate field realities into clear plans, schedules, and execution
  • Excitement about using AI tools for drafting MRV plans, researching registry guidance, or configuring the app
