Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Delivery & Implementation) to lead the day-to-day execution of a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendor collaboration, resolving blockers, and ensuring successful implementation across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced, evolving environments and has a proven track record of leading complex system implementations from planning through go-live.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day delivery of large-scale modernization and implementation initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery visibility using project management tools.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clear and delivery-ready.
  • Support implementation activities including UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Drive continuous communication, stakeholder alignment, and proactive problem resolution.
  • Maintain project documentation and delivery tracking using Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Lead, or Implementation Manager on complex enterprise initiatives.
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating vendor-driven implementations.
  • Expertise in project planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
  • Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery environments.
  • Hands-on experience with implementation planning, UAT coordination, and go-live activities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise modernization or digital transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools.
  • Experience working in large, complex, or highly regulated environments.
