Job Description Senior Project Manager - Program Charlotte, NC Grand Rapids, MI As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for leading high-performing teams and delivering successful project outcomes that meet established quality, budget, and schedule goals. You will plan and execute large, complex projects, mentor team members, and consistently model exceptional leadership and organizational skills. Your role will include fostering collaboration, optimizing processes, and ensuring exceptional client service while exemplifying our core values and best practices.

This position may be located in either Charlotte, NC or Grand Rapids, MI. Make an Impact Lead project teams and set project goals while mentoring team members in effective communication and leadership techniques. Coordinate in-house and consultant services and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.

Plan and monitor project execution, identify and manage changes in scope, and oversee project closeout. Orchestrate QA/QC milestones, ensure compliance with standards, and guide resolution of project issues. Own project financial goals, control costs, and mentor others in budgeting and time management.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, balancing client, contractor, and company success. Actively lead business development efforts, including proposal creation and contract negotiations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in architecture, interiors, landscape architecture, or engineering required.

Master's degree in business administration, project management, or an area of expertise preferred. Professional registration in your field required. CSI-CDT certification required (training provided within the first year).

PSMJ/PMI certification preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience with A&E projects. Advanced knowledge of architectural engineering standards, design processes, and project delivery methods.

Proven track record of effective team leadership, communication, and project execution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Experience with Deltek Vision, SharePoint, Teams, and Project Planning preferred.
