Job description

A Sonoma County construction client of ours is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects and lead Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents. This role will be responsible for project oversight, budgeting, financial performance, safety compliance, risk management, and operational leadership.

Key responsibilities include managing project teams, reviewing bids and contracts, monitoring project financials, supporting workflow planning, and participating in executive-level operations meetings.

Qualified candidates should have strong construction management experience, leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred along with 6+ years of related experience. Proficiency with industry software and the ability to read construction plans is required.

Compensation from 155K to 165K plus bonus
