As a key member of the Civil Construction leadership team, the Senior Project Manager will be based in the company's main office and lead efforts to strengthen project delivery and overall performance. This position provides strategic oversight of the project management team, ensuring the company's project portfolio is planned, financially optimized, and effectively managed throughout the full project lifecycle.

This senior leadership role requires extensive heavy civil construction experience and a proven track record of leading complex projects. RESPONSIBLITIES

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience, preferably within heavy civil construction.
  • 3+ years of proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing construction professionals, project teams, or emerging leaders.
  • Experience managing large-scale heavy civil, highway, earthwork, or infrastructure projects with accountability for delivery, schedule, cost, risk, and project results.
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, production planning, equipment utilization, and field execution strategies.
  • Financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and project profitability.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction contracts, change management, project controls, and risk management practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
