As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for guests and are responsible for ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Greeting guests as they arrive at the hotel
  • Checking guests in and out of the hotel
