San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautiful renovated pool, a kids pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits and so much more. We are excited to welcome a new Front Desk Agent to our Mission Bay Family.


The JOB:

As a Front Desk Guest Service Agent you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Front Desk Agents proudly showcase our hotel, amenities and surroundings. The Front Desk Agent is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime! We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Guest Service Agent with the flexibility to work all shifts, including overnight shifts as a Night Auditor. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a positive guest experience, handling day-to-day front desk operations, and performing nightly audits with accuracy and efficiency.

The OFFER:
