The Hilton Garden Inn Irvine/Orange County Airport is looking for a friendly, service-driven Part-Time Front Desk Agent to be the face of our hotel. If you enjoy creating positive guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we want to hear from you.

Position Summary

The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for delivering exceptional, courteous, and professional service in alignment with Hilton and S3 Hotel Group standards. This role ensures each guest has a seamless and comfortable stay from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs
  • Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations in the system
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and urgency
  • Accurately process payments, room charges, and transactions
  • Promote and enroll guests in Hilton Honors programs
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to support guest needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
  • Ensure compliance with hotel safety, security, and QA standards
  • Assist with luggage, transportation, and guest services as needed
  • Operate the hotel shuttle when required
Qualifications
  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills; hotel systems experience (PEP preferred)
  • Professional appearance and reliable attendance
