Front Desk Clerk – Be the First Smile Patients See!

At Sun Life Health, our Front Desk Clerks are the first face and voice patients encounter—and the heart of our patient experience. If you love helping people, guiding them through their care, and making every visit welcoming, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do:

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Verify patient information and handle co-payments
  • Schedule appointments and route calls/messages to the right staff
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with medical releases
  • Support Outreach and Enrollment staff when needed

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of customer service or receptionist experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Bilingual preferred
