Role Summary of a Field Recruiter:
The Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates to meet client or organizational staffing needs. This role plays a key part in the full-cycle recruitment process - from job posting and candidate outreach to on-boarding and retention support - while ensuring a positive candidate and client experience.
Your Opportunity:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and client to understand workforce needs and job requirements.
  • Post job openings across multiple platforms and use creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and other per-employment requirements.
  • Extend offers and facilitate on-boarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.
  • Participate in job fairs, community events, and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand the talent pipeline. Partner with management and HR to improve recruiting processes and enhance candidate engagement. Support retention initiatives and assist with employee relations as needed.

Your Attributes:
  • 1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume driven environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred
  • Proven experience navigating a diverse recruiting process
  • Track record of success with client engagement
  • Experience using various platforms and dashboards to drive effective decisions
  • Community volunteering or social outreach experience
  • Excellent customer service skills including ability to react appropriately in stressful situations and deal with difficult customer or vendor situations diplomatically
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • Demonstrable time management and organization skills
  • Practical experience and comfort with using Microsoft Office products
