What Will You Be Doing?

  • Manage financial performance by overseeing budgets, controlling expenses and achieving operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Build a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall community success.

Qualifications

  • Hold an Administrator's License or be able to obtain one.
  • Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense management.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.

  • Successful experience as an Administrator for an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facility.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
