Job description

Provide seasonal support as directed by the designated supervisor.
1 . Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of special events, including logistics, materials preparation, and on-site support.
2. Support recruitment efforts by helping with outreach, data entry, and organizing materials for informational sessions.
3. Provide general administrative support, including filing, answering emails, and managing calendars related to events and recruitment.
4. Assist with preparation, coordination and supervision of summer camp activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for participants.
5. Greet and check in event or camp attendees, maintaining accurate attendance records and providing customer service as needed.
6. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of multi-department events or programs.
7. Serve in a capacity that supports the needs of the department
8. Provide support to coaches/Student-athletes as needed or directed
9. Assigned duties from supervisor(s)
10. Remains abreast of existing and emerging technologies, processes, products, services, and leading industry performance benchmarks.
11. Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU's mission
Driving Requirements
If the employee is required to travel in performing the duties and responsibilities of the position, the use of one's personal vehicle (or LU vehicles) may be required for travel. Proof of a valid driver's license, an acceptable DMV record, LU Driving Approval, and liability insurance is required when driving in the performance of the employee's position.
