About the Role - Events Administrative Assistant

The Events Administrative Assistant must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Event Planning and Event Sales Managers including, but not limited to, answering phones, speaking with clients, maintaining systems, creation of leads, presentations, proposals and contracts, hotel tour announcements, detailing programs, diagram creation, coordinating client needs for managers and other related tasks as assigned by the Event Manager and Director of Events. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills aligned with a luxury resort experience and level of clientele.

Wage Information
The hourly rate for the position is $24.50.
