Bay Colony Golf Club is seeking a dedicated and organized Clubhouse and Event Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our clubhouse operations over the weekends while supporting event needs during the week.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Weekend Operations (Saturday and Sunday, 9 AM - 5 PM):
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate guest requests for to-go orders and reservations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Weekday Support:
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, providing administrative support as needed.
  • Utilize Canva and other office applications to create event signage, menus, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the events team to fulfill food and beverage needs and design requirements for various events.

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and demands, especially during the summer months.

Schedule:
