The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the President, Vice President, and broader team. This role keeps daily operations running smoothly through scheduling, event coordination, office management, and frontline reception. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and relationshipfocused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Outlook calendars, schedule meetings, and support daily administrative needs
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist with HR tasks and general office requests (mailing, scanning, document prep)
  • Coordinate meetings, training, and company events
  • Arrange travel (airfare, hotels, car rentals, meals)
  • Serve as receptionist: greet visitors, answer phones, direct guests
  • Maintain office supplies, kitchen/snack inventory, and equipment service needs
  • Support a clean, professional, welcoming office environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
  • 2–4 years administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and timemanagement skills
