Executive Administrative Support Specialist

OMNI Consulting Solutions is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Support Specialist to provide Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) supporting the Space Sensing (SN) and Space Systems Integration Office (BZ) Directorates at Space Systems Command (SSC). This position provides executive-level administrative, travel, task management, and operational support to senior Government leadership in a fast-paced, mission-critical space acquisition environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support to Directors, Deputy Directors, and Division Chiefs, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and executive correspondence.
  • Manage Directorate Task Management Tool (TMT) actions on NIPRNet and SIPRNet, tracking taskers from receipt through completion and providing status updates to leadership.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, consolidate briefing materials, record meeting minutes, and track action items.
  • Administer Defense Travel System (DTS) activities, including travel authorizations, vouchers, Government Travel Card (GTC) support, and travel policy guidance.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, staffing packages, and official correspondence in accordance with Air Force and Space Systems Command guidance.
  • Maintain SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and LiveLink repositories, ensuring accurate records and document management.
  • Track personnel actions, performance reports, awards, manpower, training, and organizational staffing activities.
  • Support records management, office operations, mail distribution, supplies, facility coordination, and executive event planning.
  • Assist with strategic communications, leadership engagements, and Directorate-wide organizational initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years (Level III) or 15 years (Level IV/SME) of directly related DoD administrative or Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior Government or military leadership in a high-tempo DoD environment.
  • Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS), Task Management Tool (TMT), Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of DoD administrative procedures, records management, executive correspondence, and travel regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Space Systems Command, U.S. Space Force, or Air Force acquisition organizations.
  • Familiarity with personnel programs, records management, strategic communications, and classified program support.
  • Experience working in classified environments supporting senior executive leadership.
