Duties:

- Oversee all aspects of banquet operations, including planning, organizing, and executing events with in the Trump National Golf Club premises

- Coordinate with members and clients to understand their needs and ensure a seamless event experience

- Manage banquet staff, including training, scheduling and any other additional management duties.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and service

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menus and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages

- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly

- Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure profitability

-Established a team oriented environment with staff and management team 

-Must be able to multitask and administrative  proficient 

Requirements:

- Bilingual is a plus

- Must be able to work a minimum of (50) hours per week due to business demand requirements

- Will be required to work weekends and holidays

-Will be required to work  Morning, Mid and Evenings shifts 

- Previous experience in restaurant/Banquets or hospitality management

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and banquet service standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training banquet staff

- Familiarity with bar tending and beverage service is a plus

- Proficient in Google Work Space for event planning and budgeting

-Servsafe Manager certification and TIPS training certification is a requirement
