Requirements

What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Special Event Assistant, youโ€™ll play a key role in making weddings and events run smoothly. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with setup and breakdown of DJ equipment and special effects
  • Supporting event operations, including audio, lighting, and effects (fog machines, indoor sparklers, etc.)
  • Helping guests with photo booth use and overall event experience
  • Working closely with the DJ to keep events on schedule
  • Maintaining, organizing, and troubleshooting equipment

Schedule & Travel
