We bring an extensive and unrivaled selection of haute horology timepieces, fine jewelry, bridal selection, and gifts & accessories, while providing a welcoming and comfortable shopping experience in Westfield Valley Fair and Stanford Shopping Center locations.

Special Events Manager Responsibilities:

·       The Special Events Manager is responsible for organizing in store activations, pop-ups, and offsite events.

·       Partner with boutique management and brand partners to conceptualize and execute the best in class events for our clients and ensure that the brands’ and CH Premier Jewelers’ standards and guidelines are met.

·       Work cross functionally to develop and manage project plans, ensuring the project team is clear on deliverables, timelines and roles and responsibilities.

·       Maintain detailed budgets across events and collaborate with brand partners and the accounting team to settle event expenses.

·       Perform ad hoc duties as needed

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree

·       5+ years of experience planning events

·       Outstanding creative skills with a forward-thinking and innovative approach

·       Strong drive for outstanding and magnificent execution and attention to details

·       Proactive attitude and comfortable navigating through uncertainty

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills
