Job description

We're seeking experienced, polished, and high-energy Event Managers who are passionate about excellence and hospitality. In this role, you'll lead event execution from start to finish, partnering with our Event Producers and talented in-house Culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
This is your opportunity to take the lead at weddings, corporate gatherings, and milestone celebrations while working with a collaborative, professional team that takes pride in every detail.
What You'll Do
As an Event Manager, you are the driving force behind seamless execution. You will:
  • Lead and supervise event staff, including servers and bartenders, ensuring top-tier service and adherence to company standards.
  • Review and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with precision and confidence.
  • Oversee all pre-event preparation, including equipment, supplies, and staff assignments.
  • Conduct pre-meal menu trainings to ensure service excellence.
  • Coordinate bar operations (TIPS certification required) and oversee POS procedures.
  • Partner with Event Producers and Operations leadership to resolve client needs with professionalism and care.
  • Manage event setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Complete post-event recaps and closing procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, guests, and vendors.
  • Champion company policies and maintain operational excellence.

Schedule & Availability
This is an on-call, part-time position with a flexible schedule based on event bookings.
Our peak event season runs April through November, with shifts determined by event type, guest count, and timing. Scheduling is managed through our online employee system.
