Job description

We're seeking a candidate to join our team as an Event Director in the Denver area! The position includes oversight of Event Managers at multiple restaurant/event spaces, and a heavy focus in sales management and execution. We would love to see someone who can look at the big picture and guide us in how we can maximize events in our large locations. Someone who has experience, can take the reins, and go!


About this role:

  • Salary range $80-100k depending on experience

Event Director Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Manage and execute all event sales
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Planning event details and aspects, including seating, dining and guests
  • Creating reliable financial reports and collecting payments on time
  • Maintain + plan budgeting details
  • Addressing potential problems that may arise
  • Planning for potential scenarios that could impact event success
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events


Event Director Skills/Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an Event Management role
  • Sales experience required
  • Strong planning + organization skills
  • Strong decision making + problem solving
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple teams
  • Strategy development + creative thinking
