Job description

Role: Event Manager
Location: Dallas TX
Salary: $60k-$65k + commission, MDV Benefits, PTO etc.
A prestigious office campus filled with fine art, unique artifacts, and the spirit of entrepreneurship is looking to hire an Event Manager for their full service restaurant on campus. M-F Schedule
Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and execute events, meetings, and special functions
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and contracts
  • Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events
  • Ensure excellent guest service and client satisfaction
  • Handle event staffing and scheduling
  • Troubleshoot issues during events and provide quick solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
  • Monitor inventory and event supplies
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company standards
Qualifications
  • Previous event planning or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and event management tools
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
