 The Food Service Processor is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dish room rental equipment to meet ready-to-rent quality standards. This role involves inspecting returned dish room equipment for damages, repairing or tagging damaged items, and notifying the supervisor of any issues. The Food Service Processor plays a key role in preparing staging areas for dish room equipment, ensuring readiness for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Cleaning: Clean and sanitize dish room rental equipment, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Inspection and Repairs: Inspect returned dish room equipment for damages, perform minor repairs, or tag damaged items for supervisor review.
  • Staging Preparation: Prepare staging areas for dish room equipment to ensure timely and organized delivery.
  • Inventory Support: Notify supervisors of missing or damaged equipment and maintain accurate tracking of dish room inventory.
