Catering & Event Hospitality Staff

Servers | Bartenders | Kitchen Staff | Event Support

Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience and position)

Location: Santa Barbara County & Surrounding Areas (Santa Ynez, Solvang, Buellton, Santa Barbara, Ventura County and nearby communities)

TG Solutions is actively building a team of professional hospitality staff to support upscale weddings, private events, corporate functions, and luxury catered experiences throughout Santa Barbara County and surrounding areas. We're looking for dependable, polished, and service-driven individuals who take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced event professionals seeking flexible, ongoing work with a staffing partner that values reliability, professionalism, and teamwork.

Positions We Are Hiring For

  • Catering Servers
  • Bartenders
  • Kitchen & Prep Staff

Pay

  • $22.00–$25.00 per hour
  • Compensation is based on experience, certifications, and assigned position.

What You'll Do

Depending on the event and position, responsibilities may include:

  • Providing professional food and beverage service.
  • Setting up and breaking down dining and event spaces.
  • Passing hors d'oeuvres and plated meals.
  • Buffet and family-style meal service.
  • Bartending and beverage service (where applicable).
  • Food preparation and kitchen support.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the event.
  • Delivering attentive, professional hospitality while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working collaboratively with event captains, catering teams, and fellow staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

We're Looking For Individuals Who:

  • Have previous catering, banquet, restaurant, hotel, country club, winery, or hospitality experience.
  • Have experience working weddings, private events, fine dining, or other upscale functions.
  • Present themselves professionally with excellent grooming, hygiene, and communication skills.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and remain composed under pressure.
  • Take initiative, anticipate needs, and contribute positively to the team.
  • Are dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Have reliable transportation and are comfortable traveling throughout Santa Barbara County and surrounding areas for scheduled events.
  • Are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current California Food Handler Card (preferred or willing to obtain).
  • Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification for bartenders (required for bartending assignments).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
  • Black professional attire and non-slip, closed-toe shoes for event assignments.
