Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, in-person position based at The Motor Enclave. Core business hours are Wednesday through Sunday; however as with the nature of any event role, evenings, early mornings, and weekends are common to support events, activations, and company programming. Success in this role requires flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed to support the team. Schedules will flex based on the event calendar and seasonal business needs. During peak periods, additional hours may be required, with adjusted hours provided during quieter periods when possible. The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced experiential environment.

The Event Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting The Motor Enclave's Events, Production and Business Development & Strategy teams by executing event logistics that increase brand loyalty, maximize venue utilization, and drive premium hospitality revenue. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their career in event management. Working closely with internal stakeholders across ALL TEAMS, you'll help bring world-class experiences to life, from operational strategy through live execution. We're looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for guest hospitality, meticulous planning, and experiential brands. Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Execution:

  • Lead in the development and execution of detailed operational plans for private, public and internal events that support company goals and revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with ALL TEAMS to ensure flawless event execution, every time, from the time the event is assigned to you as an Event Captain to through to delivery, close out and re-booking.
  • Collaborate with ALL TEAMS to manage comprehensive master event calendars, CRM and filing systems.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of event coordination or premium venue experience (internships and hospitality agency experience considered).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple event project timelines simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating customer service or guest hospitality platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Open Tables and Excel.
