What You'll Do:
โ€ข Own virtual, hybrid, and occasional in-person events from planning through follow-up
โ€ข Manage multiple programs at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
โ€ข Partner with senior subject-matter experts on content, timelines, and logistics
โ€ข Edit and polish PowerPoint decks for clarity, consistency, and presentation quality
โ€ข Moderate live sessions and troubleshoot real-time platform or attendee issues
โ€ข Coordinate scheduling, communications, surveys, certificates, AV, catering, and onsite details
