Job description

We are an event marketing firm that produces live brand activations and promotional events. We are hiring one Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our on-site event team immediately.

This is a hands-on support role at live events. No experience is required. No planning, coordinating, or heavy lifting is involved.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down event booths, displays, and signage
  • Support on-site team members during live promotional events
  • Help keep event spaces clean, organized, and presentable
  • Restock promotional materials during events
  • Provide basic attendee assistance and direction
  • Follow simple instructions from event supervisors and team leads
