Position Overview:

Tactical Revolution, LLC is seeking a Logistics, Armory, and Inventory Specialist to manage company inventory, armory-related assets, deployable equipment packages, and logistics support for government and defense-related training contracts. TACREV maintains a specialized inventory that includes firearms, simulated and blank-fire weapon systems, magazines, protective equipment, communications equipment, optics, lasers, training aids, transport cases, uniforms, and other exercise support equipment. As a Federal Firearms Licensee, TACREV requires a dependable professional who understands secure storage, strict accountability, accurate documentation, and compliance-driven inventory management. This position also supports logistics and planning for episodic contracts, including equipment staging, shipment or line-haul coordination, storage units, rental vehicles, lodging, airfare, vendor communication, and event support documentation.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on logistics, armory, or inventory management experience in the firearms industry or at least 8 years of logistics experience in the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Army, or Special Operations.
  • Experience managing sensitive, serialized, controlled, or high-accountability equipment.
  • Familiarity with DoD contracts, firearms handling, controlled materials, DFARS, ITAR, federal contracting, or defense logistics.
  • Experience preparing, deploying, and recovering equipment packages for training events, field exercises, or operational support contracts.
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PDF tools, and email platforms.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for firearms, serialized assets, training equipment, protective gear, communications equipment, and other company property.
  • Support FFL-related inventory accountability, secure storage, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, equipment staging, line-haul support, and deployable equipment packages in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Perform regular inventory inspections, audits, and discrepancy reconciliation.
  • Issue, receive, clean, inspect, pack, and track equipment before and after contract events.
  • Support logistics planning for storage units, rental vehicles, lodging, airfare, meeting spaces, equipment transportation, and vendor services.
  • Prepare inventory, logistics, shipment, and equipment status reports for internal management and operational stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, DoD, and company requirements related to logistics, inventory, firearms-related assets, and controlled materials.
  • Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency, accountability, readiness, and cost control.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment under strict deadlines.Willing and able to work extended hours, weekends, or travel as required to support operational needs.
