Childcare Worker | Oaks Kids

Contractor – Paid Per Event

Work Overview

Oaks Kids provides childcare for a variety of ministry events throughout the year. This opportunity involves providing childcare during events that take place outside of normal ministry hours at Oaks Church. Childcare workers will provide care for ages ranging from 6 weeks – 5th grade. Dates and time vary based on calendar of events and each childcare event will be paid at a minimum of 2 hours. Reports to Kids Childcare Admin.

Responsibilities + Duties:

  • Provide care for the children present at childcare events
  • Assist with set-up/tear-down of your childcare space
  • Communicate promptly with the Kids Childcare Admin

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • None.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Experience working with kids is required.
  • Must be able to be on your feet for extended amounts of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.
  • Must be able to bend, sit on the floor, carry a small child.
