Whether you're a newcomer, technologist, a business, investor, or a developer collaborating on open-source projects, our conferences have you covered.

With four annual events in four countries, we are on a mission to build powerful experiences that amplify and elevate the Bitcoin movement. The Role The Bitcoin Conference creates meaningful environments for people to connect, celebrate, and champion Bitcoin. Our events provide learning at every level, networking personally and professionally, and support bitcoiners in many ways.

Whether you're a newcomer, technologist, a business, investor, or developer, our conferences have something for you. With four annual events in four countries, we are on a mission to build powerful experiences that amplify and elevate the Bitcoin movement. As a Programming Coordinator, you will be the connective tissue between our stages, speakers, and broader Bitcoin community.

Your north star will be helping us source and manage the most relevant voices in Bitcoin, those who are shaping the conversation. While logistics, contracts, and tools can be taught, what we need most is someone who knows the space, knows the people, and can spot great content opportunities before others do. You'll partner with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to deliver a worldโ€class agendas.

Coordinate outreach to prospective speakers and manage ongoing communications. Track speaker confirmations and logistics, ensuring timely follow-ups. Content Programming Assist the programming team in curating and organizing sessions across multiple stages.

Help maintain programming schedules and data accuracy. Speaker Reimbursements & Contracts Negotiate reimbursement terms and manage the execution of contracts. Collaborate with the finance team to track payments and ensure documentation is complete.

Marketing Support Work with the marketing team to provide speaker details for promotional use. Coordinate announcement timelines and social rollout plans. Identify and surface potential speakers from sponsor organizations.

Act as a programming liaison to the partnerships team for content alignment. Inbox Management Manage the primary programming inbox, triaging and responding to speakerโ€related queries. Tracking & Documentation Maintain organized records of contracts, release forms, and communications using tools like Notion, Airtable, and Google Drive.

Experience in event production, speaker coordination, or content programming. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Hyperโ€organized with exceptional attention to detail and followโ€through.

Skilled at managing competing priorities and deadlines. Collaborative and proactive in working across Marketing, Sales, and Finance. Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Airtable, and Notion.
