Position: Entry Level Sales or Recruiting
Location: Lincoln, Rhode Island (on-site Monday-Friday)
Pay: base salary + uncapped commission potential

Who We're Looking For: A focused, competitive, and hardworking individual who excels in creating opportunities and building relationships. As a entry level Recruiter or Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing senior consultants and contractors to meet client needs across diverse industries.
What You'll Do as an entry level Recruiter:
  • Creatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling
  • Build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business

  • Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets

What You'll Do as an entry level Account Executive:
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, prospecting, etc.
  • Use your interpersonal skills to develop, maintain and close new business opportunities
  • Effectively nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clients
  • Manage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social media.
  • Resourcefully and proactively identify and execute client growth opportunities within accounts
  • Determine and understand the business needs of the client, and their ideal candidate profile
  • Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
  • Effectively negotiate pay rates
