What You'll Do
As a Recruiting Coordinator (RC), you'll partner closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams. You'll be at the center of the hiring process-helping coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure everything runs smoothly from scheduling to offer stage.
- Schedule interviews and phone screens with candidates and hiring teams
- Communicate with candidates via phone and email, providing updates and support
- Maintain accurate candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
- Assist with new hire coordination and onboarding processes
- Coordinate interview debrief meetings and prepare materials
- Track recruiting activity and provide weekly status updates
- Help improve scheduling workflows and overall candidate experience
- Support additional recruiting and administrative tasks as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
