What You'll Do
As a Recruiting Coordinator (RC), you'll partner closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams. You'll be at the center of the hiring process-helping coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure everything runs smoothly from scheduling to offer stage.
  • Schedule interviews and phone screens with candidates and hiring teams
  • Communicate with candidates via phone and email, providing updates and support
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
  • Assist with new hire coordination and onboarding processes
  • Coordinate interview debrief meetings and prepare materials
  • Track recruiting activity and provide weekly status updates
  • Help improve scheduling workflows and overall candidate experience
  • Support additional recruiting and administrative tasks as needed
