Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This entry-level role is responsible for ensuring accurate data entry for employee records and assisting in payroll processing while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Part of a team that processes bi-weekly payroll, including time and attendance verification

Maintain accurate, confidential payroll records in compliance with internal controls

Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide excellent service

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE

Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

WORKING CONDITIONS
