Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Processor
- Support daily payroll processing activities for a large employee population as the Payroll Processor
- Prepare, update, and maintain payrollโrelated spreadsheets and documentation as the Payroll Processor
- Perform accurate payroll data entry and validation as the Payroll Processor
- Calculate, track, and document employee mileage for payroll purposes as the Payroll Processor
- Assist with payroll processing for approximately 1,500 employees while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality as the Payroll Processor
Qualifications for the Payroll Processor
- 1โ3 years of payroll or accounting support experience preferred (entryโlevel candidates encouraged to apply)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables is a plus
