We are seeking an experienced and Senior Technical Recruiter to support our growing enterprise. This role is designed for a strong recruiter with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment. This an entrepreneurial, fast-growing company, where the right candidate can join and really make a difference. This position reports directly to the Director of HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for operational, technical and cleared positions, from intake through offer acceptance
  • Lead advanced sourcing initiatives, developing creative outreach strategies
  • Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates for niche and hard-to-fill roles
  • Serve as a partner to hiring managers and program leadership, providing insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies
  • Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with other Operations departments to create a positive a seamless hiring process
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining consistent communication and engagement
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve performance and efficiency

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with proven experience managing the above-referenced responsibilities
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and placing candidates in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Proven experience recruiting for operational staff, technical roles (e.g., accounting, contracts, network engineering, cybersecurity, DevOps, systems engineering, etc.)
  • Ability to manage 15+ requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., ZipRecruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn, and work with agencies, etc.)
  • Experience supporting the company's DoD and non-governmental customer requirements
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with UKG's talent acquisition module or other ATS.

Compensation and Benefits:
