Job description

We are currently seeking an HR Recruiter. Under the general direction of the HR Manager, this position is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the new US manufacturing plant. The recruiter will execute the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the facility is fully staffed with qualified personnel in alignment with the production timeline.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for various positions (Production, Engineering, Admin).

  • Sourcing Strategy: Utilize diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and local community networks to build a robust candidate pipeline.

  • Employer Branding: Represent the company at career fairs and local events to enhance the brand presence in the Virginia/Chesapeake area.

  • Candidate Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional handling of applications.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all hiring practices comply with federal and state regulations.

  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and provide regular updates on hiring status.

  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the initial onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Requires knowledge of recruitment lifecycle, US labor laws (EEO, FLSA, etc.), and talent sourcing strategies.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • More than 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a manufacturing or global environment.

  • Preferred - Bilingual in Korean/English (Essential for communication with HQ and Korean-speaking candidates).

  • Preferred - ATS experience (Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency.

  • Preferred - Greenfield Project Experience (Mass hiring for new plant startups).

  • Authorized to work in the US.
