Job description

Job Title: Superintendent

Job Site: Pentagon, VA

Employment Type: Full-Time employee


Project Start Date: within 2-3 weeks


Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee a site in Pentagon, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, site supervision, safety compliance, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA 30 safety standards and project safety requirements.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Resolve field issues and maintain project documentation.
  • Ensure work is completed on time and within project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • OSHA 30 certification (required).
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on federal USACE/NAVFAC projects.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain project schedules.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $110,000 annually
  • Lodging: Company-provided lodging (fully covered)
  • Vehicle Stipend: $500 per month
